2. Our Services and Prices
The Site gives information about our services. A project starts only with a written proposal and your acceptance of it, and the proposal carries its own terms. Any figure we give before a written proposal, including in the chat, is indicative. Figures exclude VAT where VAT applies.
3. The Chat Assistant
The chat on this site is an automated assistant. Its replies may contain mistakes, and nothing it says is a binding offer. A person reviews every enquiry.
4. Acceptable Use
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape it, or collect its content by automated means
- Flood the chat with automated messages
- Try to break or get around the security of the Site
- Submit another person's personal data without their permission
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design and code of the Site belong to SAVVY CS EOOD or its licensors. You may view the Site and print or download pages for your own use, but you may not copy or republish it without our written permission. Work we do for a client is governed by the proposal and contract for that project.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites that belong to other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent Bulgarian law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Courts
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are decided by the Bulgarian courts at our registered office. This does not remove any mandatory protection that a consumer has under the law where they live, including the right to bring a claim in the courts where they live.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The current version is always on this page.
