1. Who We Are

SavvyCS is the trading name of "SAVVY CS" EOOD (САВВИ КС ЕООД), a company registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, UIC 208955726, with its registered office at Berkovsko shose 5, Vratsa 3000, Bulgaria. We are the controller of the personal data processed through the website savvycs.dev.

2. What We Collect

• What you type into the chat. This can include your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your company and details of your project.
• Cookieless, aggregated analytics. Pages viewed, referrer, device type and approximate country. We build no personal profiles from this.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider and our content delivery and security provider keep server logs for security.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and you should not put any in the chat.

You do not have to give us any personal data. Without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

3. Why We Use Your Data and on What Legal Basis

• Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal. We take these steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• Keeping the site secure and improving it. This is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and it does not override your rights and freedoms.
• Keeping accounting and tax records and meeting other legal duties (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

4. The Chat

Your messages are processed by an AI language model provider so that the chat can generate replies. When a conversation completes, a summary and a transcript are emailed to our team through an email delivery provider.

Our automation platform does not keep successful conversations. Failed ones are kept in its error log for up to 14 days so that an enquiry is not lost.

The conversation is also kept in your own browser for 24 hours after your last message, so that it survives a page change. You can clear it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

5. Who Receives Your Data

We share data only with these categories of recipient:

• A hosting provider (EU)
• Content delivery and security providers, including a public network that serves some of the site's files
• Analytics, which is self-hosted (EU)
• An AI language model provider
• An email delivery provider
• An email hosting provider
• Our accountants and public authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your data.

6. International Transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on an EU adequacy decision or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry emails and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows.
• If a contract follows, related correspondence is kept for the life of the contract and then as the accounting rules require.
• Security and server logs are kept only as long as needed to keep the site secure, then deleted.
• Contract and invoicing records are kept as Bulgarian accounting law requires, which is 10 years for accounting records.

8. Cookies and Storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. The chat uses your browser's local storage for 24 hours after your last message, as described above. Our content delivery and security provider sets strictly necessary security cookies (__cf_bm and cf_clearance, each lasting about 30 minutes). The choice you make in the cookie banner is stored in a cookie (cc_cookie) for about 6 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie Settings button in the site footer.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data and a copy of it
• Request rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Request erasure of your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
• Request portability of your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it

10. Complaints

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority, or to the authority where you live or work.

11. Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. The current version is always on this page.
